✩GENERAL

• With or without written descriptions, photo references are preferred. Photo references can include collections of pictures taken from actual references, other works of commissioned art, etc.

• To achieve better outcomes, detailed descriptions and references are preferred.

• Major revisions are only allowed before I start the lineart. Major revision fee can range to $5 and $10 depending on the exchange rate. Minor revisions are accepted during the lineart and base color process.

• WIPS (rough/concept sketch>approved sketch>lineart+base color>final) are sent at each stage.

• Final Illustration will be sent via email.

• You automatically accept my Terms of Service and agree to abide by them by purchasing any of my services.

• Animal characteristics (ears, tails, horns etc.)

• Suggestive Art

• NSFW

• soft gore

✩ WILL NOT DO

• Mecha/Armor

• Characters with a lot of muscles

✩USE

• These commissions may NOT be used for commercial uses unless specified.

• The following cases are considered commercial use:Selling the artwork as merch / prints

• Receiving profit in the place you're using it (i.e. Patreon, Twitch, YouTube videos, etc)

• If you want to use it for commercial use then there will be an additional fee.

• Commercial use fee is +$50 added to the base price

✩INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

✩ As the artist:

• I hold the right to reject/decline your commission request.

• I hold every right to the commissioned artwork.

• Use them as examples in my commission info (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters).

• Promote myself with it anywhere unless the client says otherwise beforehand.

✩ As a client:

• You can repost the art on other sites with proper and clear credit to my instagram or twitter.

• Use it for decoration/icons for any social media as long as I am clearly credited.

• You have the right to say you don't want to commission anymore after being told the quoted price.

• You are NOT ALLOWED to: Change, edit, modify, or claim my works without my permission. Do not take credit for the art, remove my watermarks/signatures, trace etc. Use it for AI or any sort of nonfungible token or cryptocurrency under any circumstances.

✩MY WORK SPEED

• It can take anywhere from 1 week to 2 months.

I will always try to finish your commission as soon as possible.

Generally speaking, it takes a week to a month, but complications can still occur given mental health.

• Rush orders are charged at a 50% higher commission rate (less than two weeks after accepting the waiting list). Please add that to the extra notes if it is a rush order. This will put you at the top of my priority/to-do list,

• If it’s needed (rush/priority order) from 3 days to a week, the rush order fee jumps to +100%.

• I will send WIP / Updates on your social network of choice, including: Twitter, Discord, Email or Instagram. Make sure to include your preference and the user.

• I will always inform you if something comes up that will delay the art.

✩ PAYMENTS METHOD

• Only Paypal, via invoice.

• The payment must be 100%, only in exceptional cases can it be 50/50 under mutual agreement.

✩ REFUNDS

• The only reason a 100% refund will be made is as long as the sketch has not started, otherwise no refunds will be made.
